Springs Ministries was formed with a divine inspiration, initially we started by naming it Springs of Living Waters Ministries, eventually made it short by calling it Springs Ministries The word has its origin from the Holy Bible, Revelation 7:17, the meaning of the word is the presence of God and another name of Jesus. As He has called Himself the living water, (John 4:14) another meaning of this word is the Holy Spirit.

The organization has been formed to address the social and spiritual needs of the people of India and people of other parts of the world. It has been formed after a thorough personal observation of the people especially the poor, who crave for better living conditions, social justice and their human soul yearns for God and salvation. Though the goal of the organization is not to do the whole lot but be able to do its part, by using the available resources, men, material and money. Jesus Christ when He was in this world strived to bring about a change in the living conditions, social justice and spiritual needs of the people and has been victimized himself to the system by paying the price to bring about the change, the ambition of the organization is to continue to work for the cause for which He died on the cross.
